Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación estuvo centrado en analizar y compilar información sobre la compresión lectora en educación primaria; utilizando una metodología relacionada con la indagación descriptiva, revisión bibliográfica y análisis documental de diversos aportes teóricos. Los resultados obtenidos en una compilación confirman que la comprensión lectora es una capacidad compleja que moviliza y combina procesos cognitivos, con los saberes previos y el contexto sociocultural para la obtención e interpretación de información, evaluación y reflexión de argumentos textuales, construcción de significados y adquisición de nuevos aprendizajes. Se concluye que la comprensión lectora es una capacidad individual y colectiva, que se apoya en técnicas, estrategias y materiales para el desarrollo literal, inferencial y crítico e incluye procesos didácticos antes, durante y después de la lectura, producto de la interacción consciente entre el lector, el texto y el contexto; transfiriendo conocimientos en sus decisiones y participaciones escolares.
The objective of the research was focused on analyzing and compiling information on reading comprehension in primary education; using a methodology related to descriptive research, bibliographic review and documentary analysis of various theoretical contributions. The results obtained in a compilation confirm that reading comprehension is a complex ability that mobilizes and combines cognitive processes with previous knowledge and the sociocultural context for obtaining and interpreting information, evaluating and reflecting on textual arguments, constructing meanings, and acquiring new learning.
