Resumen
El trabajo académico tuvo como objetivo analizar y profundizar el concepto de conciencia ambiental en el marco de la educación inicial. El método utilizado en esta investigación consistió en la recopilación de información de fuentes primarias y secundarias alojadas en repositorios confiables sobre la conciencia ambiental como categoría priorizada. Para ello, se consultaron diversas fuentes de información, considerando entre los buscadores de mayor recurrencia Google Académico, Scielo, Redalyc y Alicia Concytec. Estas fuentes proporcionaron información crucial y fiable, presentada en revistas de elevado impacto. Como resultado, se logró sistematizar la información en tres bloques temáticos: Conciencia ambiental, Conciencia ambiental en educación inicial, Conciencia ambiental tarea de todos. Las conclusiones manifiestan que la conciencia y educación ambiental son fundamentales para promover una relación responsable y activa con el medio ambiente. Fomentar el conocimiento, la reflexión y acciones sostenibles en la sociedad ayuda a enfrentar los desafíos ecológicos y a impulsar un desarrollo más equilibrado y respetuoso con la naturaleza.
The academic work aimed to analyze and deepen the concept of environmental awareness within the framework of early childhood education. This research employs a systematic approach to gathering information from primary and secondary sources, utilizing reliable repositories that prioritize the importance of environmental consciousness. Extensive literature was consulted from well-regarded databases, including Google Scholar, Scielo, Redalyc, and Alicia Concytec. These sources provided critical, high-impact insights into environmental awareness, essential for understanding its role in the educational sector. As a result, the information was systematized into three thematic blocks: Environmental awareness, Environmental awareness in initial education, Environmental awareness, everyone's task. Our conclusions show that environmental awareness and education are essential for promoting a responsible and active relationship with the environment. Promoting knowledge, reflection, and sustainable actions in society helps address ecological challenges and foster more balanced and nature-friendly development.
