Resumen
La sociomotricidad es una disciplina que aborda el estudio y desarrollo del movimiento humano en su dimensión social, es decir, cómo las personas interactúan entre sí a través del movimiento en contextos grupales o colectivos. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue de explorar y analizar información bibliográfica respecto de la sociomotricidad como herramienta educativa y social para el desarrollo de las habilidades sociomotrices. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo cualitativa, ya que consistió en una búsqueda de información bibliográfica, repositorios de universidades nacionales y extranjeras, así como también en buscadores confiables como Google académico, Scielo, Dialnet. Los resultados de esta información confirman que, en educación física, la sociomotricidad y actividades recreativas de manera colaborativa contribuyen a desarrollar el trabajo colaborativo, la empatía y las relaciones interpersonales. Se concluye que el desarrollo de habilidades sociomotrices en la educación básica contribuyen a la formación integral de los estudiantes ya que permite a estos desenvolverse de manera afectiva en contextos grupales, contribuyendo no solo a su propio bienestar, sino también a una convivencia más armónica dentro de la sociedad.
Sociomotricity is a discipline that addresses the study and development of human movement in its social dimension, that is, how people interact with each other through movement in group or collective contexts. The objective of this research was to explore and analyze bibliographic information regarding sociomotricity as an educational and social tool for the comprehensive development of people. The methodology used was qualitative, since it consisted of a search for bibliographic information, national and foreign universal repositories, as well as reliable search engines such as Google academic, Scielo, Dialne. The results of this information confirm that, in physical education, sociometer skills and recreational activities in a collaborative manner contribute to developing collaborative work, empathy and interpersonal relationships. It is concluded that the development of sociometer skills in basic education contributes to the comprehensive training of students since it allows them to function emotionally in group contexts, contributing not only to their own well-being, but also to a more harmonious coexistence within the society.
