This study aims to strengthen oral expression in 5-year-old children from the Initial Education Institution N° 1291 Flor de Mayo, La Coipa, San Ignacio, through the implementation of strategies based on children's art. This research addresses observed difficulties in spontaneous participation and reliance on teacher-directed interventions, which limit the development of confidence and communicative autonomy in students. The methodology employed was qualitative, using an action research approach. Didactic sequences were developed and implemented, incorporating artistic activities such as music, poetry, theater, and visual arts. Data were collected through participant observation, anecdotal records, and photographs, enabling the analysis of the impact of the implemented strategies. The results show that artistic activities increased the active and spontaneous participation of children, who demonstrated greater fluency and confidence in expressing themselves. Additionally, the activities fostered an inclusive and enriching educational environment. It is concluded that children's art is an effective tool for developing oral expression, promoting communicative, social, and emotional skills. It is recommended to replicate this approach in other educational institutions and to train teachers in designing artistic strategies tailored to the context of their students.
