Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los fundamentos teóricos del cuidado infantil en la educación inicial. La metodología de la investigación consistió en la exploración de información contenida en diferentes fuentes como artículos científicos, libros y tesis, tarea que se cumplió indagando en gestores de datos como Scielo, Google Académico y Redalyc. Culminada la recopilación de información, esta fue seleccionada y organizada según criterios de interés. Se concluye que la institución educativa de educación inicial, así como el entorno del aula, desempeñan un papel esencial en la formación de vínculos de cuidado entre los niños y los docentes, esto fomenta el desarrollo de habilidades interactivas. Además, el cuidado infantil se presenta como una estrategia pedagógica valiosa que no solo beneficia a los niños y los educadores, sino que también aporta positivamente a toda la comunidad educativa, por lo que es imperativo que esta metodología de cuidado se integre de forma adecuada dentro del currículo educativo.
This research aimed to analyze the theoretical foundations of childcare in early childhood education. The research methodology consisted of exploring information contained in different sources such as scientific articles, books, and theses, a task that was accomplished by searching data management systems such as Scielo, Google Scholar, and Redalyc. Once the information was collected, it was selected and organized according to criteria of interest. It is concluded that the early childhood education institution, as well as the classroom environment, play an essential role in forming caring bonds between children and teachers, which fosters the development of interactive skills. Furthermore, childcare is presented as a valuable pedagogical strategy that not only benefits children and educators but also positively contributes to the entire educational community. Therefore, it is imperative that this caring methodology be appropriately integrated into the educational curriculum.
