Resumen
El trabajo de investigación está enfocado en la convivencia escolar del nivel inicial, centrándose en el ambiente social que se genera dentro de las instituciones educativas, orientado a promover relaciones positivas y constructivas entre estudiantes, docentes y demás integrantes de la comunidad escolar. El objetivo fue analizar la importancia de fomentar una convivencia armónica desde los primeros años de vida escolar. Se empleó una metodología de revisión bibliográfica, orientada a explorar y describir los factores que influyen en la interacción social dentro de este nivel educativo. Los hallazgos a nivel teórico permiten concluir que la enseñanza de la convivencia escolar es fundamental para el desarrollo integral de los niños, a través de este proceso, los estudiantes adquieren habilidades para gestionar conflictos de manera constructiva, promoviendo un ambiente de respeto, tolerancia y cohesión grupal, dicho enfoque no solo mejora las relaciones interpersonales, sino que también contribuye a reducir la violencia y a crear un clima escolar favorable para el aprendizaje. Finalmente, se puede expresar que la convivencia escolar y la resolución de conflictos desempeñan un papel esencial en la formación de una comunidad educativa sana y en el fortalecimiento del desarrollo social y emocional de los niños.
This research focuses on school coexistence at the preschool level, focusing on the social environment generated within educational institutions, aimed at promoting positive and constructive relationships between students, teachers, and other members of the school community. The objective was to analyze the importance of fostering harmonious coexistence from the early years of school. A literature review methodology was used to explore and describe the factors that influence social interaction within this educational level. The theoretical findings allow us to conclude that teaching school coexistence is fundamental for children's comprehensive development. Through this process, students acquire skills to manage conflicts constructively, promoting an environment of respect, tolerance, and group cohesion. This approach not only improves interpersonal relationships but also contributes to reducing violence and creating a school climate conducive to learning. Finally, it can be stated that school coexistence and conflict resolution play an essential role in forming a healthy educational community and in strengthening children's social and emotional development.
