dc.description.abstract	Los materiales educativos en la educación inicial son herramientas clave que estimulan el aprendizaje a través del juego y la exploración. Contribuyen al desarrollo integral de los niños, fortaleciendo sus habilidades cognitivas, motrices y sociales. Su adecuado uso promueve experiencias significativas y creativas. El objetivo de este trabajo es recopilar, analizar y reflexionar sobre la relevancia de los materiales educativos en la educación inicial y el rol docente en el uso de los materiales educativo. Se utilizó como metodología la revisión, el análisis documental, en fuentes académicas confiables como Scielo, Redalyc, Google Académico, artículos científicos relacionados con el tema. Los resultados dan cuenta de la construcción de una investigación monográfica coherente que aborda tres bloques temáticos: el primero sobre teorías que abordan el tema, el segundo sobre los materiales educativos y el tercero rol del docente en el uso de materiales educativos. La información evidencia que los materiales educativos seleccionados y utilizados correctamente, no solo mejoran las habilidades cognitivas y motoras, sino que también fortalece la creatividad, la autoconfianza y habilidades sociales. Se concluye que los materiales educativos son herramientas clave en la educación inicial, enriquecen la dinámica del aprendizaje en el aula, promoviendo aportando de manera significativa el desarrollo integral de los niños.
dc.description.abstract	Educational materials in early childhood education are key tools that stimulate learning through playing and exploration. It contributes to the comprehensive development of children, strengthening their cognitive, motor, and social skills. Its proper use promotes meaningful and creative experiences. The objective was to research and compile theoretical information about the importance of educational materials and their influence on children's learning development. The methodology used was the review of documentary analysis in reliable academic sources such as Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar, and scientific articles related to the topic. The results reflect the develop of a coherent monographic research project that contains three thematic blocks: the first topic talks about theories that are related to the topic, the second talks about educational materials, and the third topic talks about the role of teachers when they use educational materials. The information shows that educational materials, when is correctly selected and used, not only improve cognitive and motor skills but also strengthen creativity, self-confidence, and social skills. It is concluded that educational materials are key tools in early childhood education; it enriches the dynamics of students' learning and significantly contribute to children's comprehensive development.
