dc.description.abstract	La alimentación es un aspecto fundamental en el desarrollo, crecimiento, aprendizaje y la salud de los niños de 3 a 5 años, cuyos hábitos alimenticios se deben adquirir desde temprana edad ya que influirán en su vida diaria. El objetivo es analizar la información teórica sobre la alimentación saludable en niños de educación inicial. La metodología fue de revisión bibliográfica, basada en la búsqueda, recopilación y análisis en diversas fuentes de información, para ello se utilizó textos académicos, documentos del Ministerio de Educación y de organizaciones como la OMS y la UNICEF. Los resultados muestran que una buena alimentación permite crecer fuertes y sanos, garantizando así que su cuerpo y su cerebro se desarrollen plenamente, asimismo, una alimentación saludable es fundamental para el desarrollo integral de los niños. En conclusión, una alimentación adecuada, impulsada desde la familia y la escuela, fortalece la salud, el desarrollo físico, cognitivo, emocional y social, contribuyendo a una mejor atención y disposición para aprender.
dc.description.tableofcontents	Nutrition is a fundamental aspect of the development, growth, learning, and health of children aged 3 to 5, whose eating habits must be acquired from an early age as they will influence their daily lives. The objective is to analyze theoretical information on healthy eating in children in early childhood education. The methodology was a literature review, based on the search, compilation, and analysis of various sources of information, using academic texts, documents from the Ministry of Education, and organizations such as the WHO and UNICEF. The results show that good nutrition allows children to grow strong and healthy, ensuring that their bodies and brains develop fully. Likewise, healthy eating is essential for the comprehensive development of children. In conclusion, adequate nutrition, promoted by the family and school, strengthens health and physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, contributing to better attention and willingness to learn.
