Cooperative games are a very effective and fun way to help students grow socially. Through these activities, children and young people learn to work together, share responsibilities, and follow common rules. This teaches them how to coexist and take on different roles within a group, something that will be useful in many everyday situations. Best of all, they develop important skills such as empathy, organization, and conflict resolution, without the stress that competition often generates. When brought into the classroom, these games bring many benefits. They improve communication among peers, strengthen a sense of teamwork, and help students learn to listen and handle disagreements constructively. They also have the advantage of being highly versatile, as they can be easily adapted to different ages and school settings. This makes them a great tool for creating a more inclusive, cooperative, and motivating learning environment. To maximize their potential, it is important that work groups be well organized, with clear roles for each student and shared goals. It is also essential that parents and teachers work together to foster positive attitudes, both at home and at school, and thus build an emotionally safe and caring environment. In this way, we will be helping to develop children with the necessary skills to relate with respect, responsibility, and empathy in their daily lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze cooperative games and incorporate them into students' social skills. Thus, methodologically, the literature reviewidentified, from reliable and current sources, that the strategy remains in the educational field and that, through physical education, specific aspects of group dynamics and the overall school climate are also addressed, thereby impacting improvements in social development.
