Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como tema central el aprendizaje del vóleibol como instrumento formativo para los alumnos del nivel secundario. Su propósito consiste en analizar el aprendizaje de este deporte como herramienta formativa dentro del área de Educación Física, teniendo en cuenta las ventajas que posee para lograr el desarrollo integral de los educandos. Con respecto a la metodología utilizada para la investigación, es de enfoque cualitativo y emplea métodos de análisis de información especializada, recurriendo a libros y artículos de publicación actual. La práctica del vóleibol brinda habilidades físicas y cognitivas a los estudiantes en el aprendizaje socioemocional, así como en la afirmación de su autonomía constituyen algunas de las bondades de la práctica de este deporte en el contexto escolar. Los resultados de la investigación confirman que el vóleibol constituye una herramienta que potencia las referidas habilidades, además de aportar a los alumnos un adecuado sentido de la disciplina y del trabajo en equipo. En tal sentido, se concluye que el vóleibol es una disciplina positiva para el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes, siendo importante fomentar no solo como disciplina deportiva, sino como estrategia didáctica de aprendizaje y desarrolladora de capacidades físicas, intelectuales y afectivas.
The central theme of this study is the learning of volleyball as a formative tool for secondary school students. Its purpose is to analyze the learning of this sport as a formative tool within the area of Physical Education, taking into account its advantages for achieving the comprehensive development of students. The research methodology is qualitative and employs specialized data analysis methods, drawing on current books and articles. The practice of volleyball provides students with physical and cognitive skills in socio-emotional learning, as well as the affirmation of their autonomy, which are some of the benefits of practicing this sport in the school context. The results of the research confirm that volleyball is a tool that enhances these skills, in addition to providing students with an adequate sense of discipline and teamwork. In this sense, it is concluded that volleyball is a positive discipline for the comprehensive development of students, and is important to promote not only as a sport, but also as a didactic learning strategy and a developer of physical, intellectual, and emotional abilities.
