Resumen
Este estudio enfatizó su finalidad en el procesamiento de información ligado a estrategias didácticas adecuadas, en contraste con recursos tecnológicos pertinentes; y tuvo como objetivo fortalecer la competencia comunicativa en estudiantes de educación secundaria. Siendo así, se asume la idea de que, pese a ser esta una competencia importante, su aprendizaje guiado en sentido tradicional, presenta dificultades en relación a la metodología llevada a cabo. En este sentido, el estudio pretende precisar estrategias específicas que se complementen con recursos tecnológicos y que puedan contribuir en el fortalecimiento de la competencia antes mencionada. El trabajo académico se llevó a cabo a través de un análisis de fuentes documentales organizado en cuatro capítulos. Se tomó como base los fundamentos teóricos de la competencia comunicativa y su relación con las tecnologías (TIC). Se concluyó que las estrategias didácticas complementadas con los recursos digitales aportan de manera significativa en la mejora de la expresión oral y a la par en el desarrollo óptimo de la competencia comunicativa. La implementación de las estrategias contempladas permite a los estudiantes optimizar su seguridad, fluidez y coherencia comunicativa. Se asume que la aplicación de las TIC en el ámbito educativo exige un enfoque metódico por parte del docente para favorecer una participación oral significativa. La optimización de la expresión oral y la competencia comunicativa asume la superación de retos pedagógicos, digitales y actitudinales de los protagonistas educativos. Para una implementación efectiva, es crucial asegurar que la innovación digital esté acompañada de guía docente, motivación estudiantil y acceso equitativo a los recursos tecnológicos.
This study focused on the processing of information related to appropriate teaching strategies, in contrast with the use of relevant technological resources, and aimed to strengthen communicative competence among secondary education students. Accordingly, it is based on the premise that, despite being an essential competence, its learning through traditional guidance presents difficulties regarding the methodology applied. In this regard, the study seeks to identify specific strategies that can be complemented with technological resources and that may contribute to strengthening the aforementioned competence. The academic work was conducted through an analysis of documentary sources organized into four chapters. It was based on the theoretical foundations of communicative competence and its relationship with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The study concluded that teaching strategies combined with digital resources significantly contribute to improving oral expression and, simultaneously, to the optimal development of communicative competence. Likewise, these strategies enable students to enhance their confidence, fluency, and communicative coherence. It is assumed that the implementation of ICT in the educational field requires a systematic approach by teachers in order to promote meaningful oral participation. For effective implementation, it is essential to ensure that digital innovation is accompanied by teacher guidance, student motivation, and equitable access to technological resources.
