Abstract
La psicomotricidad constituye un pilar fundamental para la vida. Particularmente, la evolución de las habilidades motoras finas son claves para el éxito en las respuestas a problemas cotidianos de los niños. El objetivo de investigación fue caracterizar el desarrollo de la psicomotricidad fina de los niños de 5 años de edad de las I.E.I “Montessori School”, “N° 051” de Jaén y “N° 021” de Montango.
Se usó la investigación descriptiva, con una ficha de observación que contiene 17 ítems. Se realizó descripciones comparativas de los resultados del nivel de desarrollo de las coordinaciones viso manual y gestual de los estudiantes. En la coordinación viso manual, el nivel de desarrollo que los niños de las IIEE “Montessori School”, “N° 051” de Jaén y “N° 021” de Montango alcanzaron fue “logrado”, con un 60%, 89% y 100% respectivamente. Mientras que, en el mismo nivel de la coordinación gestual, se obtuvo el 80%, 79% y 100% respectivamente. Se concluye según los resultados que los niños han alcanzado el nivel esperado para el ciclo y la edad en que se realizó la evaluación, incluso que lo han superado, al obtener porcentajes en el nivel destacado.
Psychomotricity is a fundamental pillar for life. Particularly, the development of fine motor skills are key to success in solving everyday problems in children's lives. Therefore, the objective of this study was to characterize the development of fine motor skills in five-year-old children from the I.E.I "Montessori School", "N° 051" of Jaén and "N° 021" of Montango. Descriptive research was used, with an observation sheet containing 17 items. Comparative descriptions of the results of the level of development of the visual manual and gestural coordination of the students were made. In hand-eye coordination, the level of development that the children of the IIEE "Montessori School", "N° 051" of Jaén and "N° 021" of Montango reached was "achieved", with 60%, 89% and 100% respectively. While, at the same level of gestural coordination, 80%, 79% and 100% were obtained respectively. It is concluded based on the results that the children have reached the expected level for the cycle and the age at which the evaluation was carried out, even that they have exceeded it, by obtaining percentages at the outstanding level.
