dc.description.abstractLa investigación fue realizada bajo el enfoque de la metodología de la investigación cuantitativa, empleando el diseño de los estudios descriptivos comparativos. El objetivo general fue determinar las condiciones institucionales que influyen en la convivencia escolar en las instituciones de educación inicial N° 051, N° 055 de Jaén y N° 147 de San Ignacio. Se trabajó con una población – muestra elegida de manera intencional constituida por 19 docentes de educación inicial que laboran en las instituciones educativas antes indicadas. Se aplicó una encuesta para recoger las percepciones de las docentes sobre las condiciones institucionales influyentes en la convivencia escolar en sus propios centros de trabajo. De acuerdo con la percepción de más de 50% de las docentes de las IEI N° 051, N° 055 de Jaén y N° 147 de San Ignacio, las condiciones institucionales que influyen de manera favorable en la convivencia escolar, son: la práctica de valores institucionales y la organización de los actores educativo. Siendo la infraestructura educativa la menos favorable para una convivencia escolar armoniosa e inclusiva.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe research was carried out under the quantitative research methodology approach, using the design of comparative descriptive studies. The general objective was to determine the institutional conditions that influence school coexistence in initial education institutions No. 051, No. 055 of Jaén and No. 147 of San Ignacio. We worked with a population - intentionally chosen sample made up of 19 initial education teachers who work in the aforementioned educational institutions. A survey was applied to collect the teachers' perceptions about the influential institutional conditions in school coexistence in their own workplaces. According to the perception of more than 50% of the teachers of the IEI No. 051, No. 055 of Jaén and No. 147 of San Ignacio, the institutional conditions that favorably influence school coexistence are: the practice of institutional values and the organization of educational actors. Being the educational infrastructure the least favorable for a harmonious and inclusive school life.
