De manera específica, se buscó identificar las teorías principales sobre el desarrollo del lenguaje, describir sus niveles y destacar su importancia en el aprendizaje infantil. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque teórico-documental, basada en la revisión y análisis sistemático de fuentes académicas, artículos científicos, tesis y documentos especializados obtenidos de bases de datos como Scielo, Redalyc, ERIC y Google Académico. La información fue organizada mediante fichas de análisis y registros bibliográficos. Los resultados evidenciaron que el desarrollo del lenguaje oral es un proceso integral influenciado por factores biológicos, cognitivos, familiares y socioculturales. Asimismo, se identificó que la estimulación temprana, la interacción social y las estrategias didácticas favorecen significativamente el fortalecimiento de las habilidades comunicativas. Se concluye que el lenguaje oral constituye un pilar fundamental en la educación inicial, ya que favorece el desarrollo cognitivo, social y emocional del niño, siendo esencial para futuros aprendizajes como la lectoescritura.This monograph aimed to analyze oral language development in early childhood education students, considering its theoretical foundations, dimensions, developmental stages, and the factors influencing its acquisition. Specifically, the study sought to identify the main theories regarding language development, describe its levels, and highlight its importance in child learning. The methodology employed adopted a theoretical-documentary approach, based on the systematic review and analysis of academic sources, scientific articles, theses, and specialized documents obtained from databases such as SciELO, Redalyc, ERIC, and Google Scholar. The information was organized using analysis sheets and bibliographic records. The results demonstrated that oral language development is a comprehensive process influenced by biological, cognitive, familial, and sociocultural factors. Furthermore, it was identified that early stimulation, social interaction, and instructional strategies significantly foster the strengthening of communication skills.
