Abstract
El presenta trabajo de investigación abordó el tema de la convivencia escolar en los niños de educación primaria, con la finalidad de generar una reflexión en los docentes sobre la relevancia de este aspecto en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Es el resultado de una búsqueda de información e identificación de una serie de estudios e investigaciones que abordan esta temática tanto a nivel internacional, nacional y local; Así mismo se contempla el aporte de los autores como Daniel Goleman y Kenneth Leithwood, con sus teorías de la inteligencia emocional y de liderazgo escolar respectivamente quienes nos brindan una serie de aportes que contribuyen a abordar de manera profesional este problema dentro de las instituciones educativas. Finalmente podemos concluir que la convivencia escolar no solo es referirse a la construcción de relaciones pacíficas en las escuelas sino es proyectarse a consolidar ideas a través de poner en práctica un currículo en las instituciones educativas para construir un ambiente de justicia social, práctica de la democracia, la inclusión, el trato equitativo, participación que conlleven a la búsqueda del bien común.
The present research work addressed the issue of school coexistence in primary school children in the urban area, with the sole purpose of generating reflection in teachers on the relevance of this aspect in the teaching-learning process. It has been established from the information search to identify studies that address the same topic at the international, national and local level; Likewise, the contribution of authors such as Daniel Goleman and Kenneth Leithwood is contemplated, with their theories of emotional intelligence and school leadership respectively, who provide us with a clear idea on the subject to later establish conclusions.Finally, we can conclude that school coexistence is not only referring to the construction of peaceful relationships in schools, but is projecting to consolidate ideas through putting into practice a curriculum in educational institutions to build an environment of social justice, practice of democracy, inclusion, equitable treatment, participation that lead to the search for the common good.
